1. Well technically, the U.s.'s money isn't worth very much compared to everywhere else, (thank you war : [ ) so I'll say Us.
2. I don't know about cheap, or the whole world as I prefer reliable consistent quality labels, tapes, logo elastics and hang tags. I use Laven Industries they have a web site and excellent customer service and they are not too far from where I live!
