If you are, and you're in the USA, you need to read: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/thread.shtm and http://www.fashion-incubator.com/mt/archives/how_to_order_labels_pt1.html If you're just wanting labels for your own garments, I got some very nice woven labels from Draper in Australia: http://www.apparellabels.com.au/ -- a soft, non itchy label was a primary issue for that project.
