how can i sew on my labels to my clothing?

is there a specific machine to use and i mean something besides a sewing machine something smaller something i can just stamp down and it would sew the labels on

1. I just catch mine in the seam of the item, leaving one end free. .
2. As far as I know, there isn't any specific machine to do that with, but I just make them iron on, and once ironed on, I sew a few stitches to hold it in place permanently.
