How do the circus performer-ladies change their clothes in like, 2 seconds?

When you go to the circus and they're wearing 1 thing & then they go in a sheet for LITERALLY 3 or 4 seconds and they're wearing something totally different...HOW DO THEY DO THAT???

1. sometimes they have clothes under neath or the literly rip them off and get into a new costume quickly i have to do that for dance i had about 3 or 4 people changing me and i was on back to back with 4 dances.
