First date, clothes, ladies I need opinions of what to wear?

I am white and going on a first date with this girl tonight, I want to make a good impression, were going to an italian place for dinner, and maybe a drink after words, If you were the girl what would you want me to wear, how should I dress. Whatever you come up with thanks, Actually any pointers would be good, BTW I am white 5'11" 190lbs, blackish color hair cut kinda short, and I'm 25 if any of that helps.

1. If I were a girl? ha! I AM a girl...... Were I in her shoes, I would like you to wear a black sweater and black jeans....but shes probly not like me.....she would rather you wear nice pants of some sort, a white flannel dress shirt, and a gray suit coat.
2. Since it's the first date and first impressions mean alot( at least to me) I think you would look nice with a dark,or black pair of dress pants with a dark to medium gray button shirt and black shoes. It will look good with your dark hair. Have a good time.
3. Something nice, as you will be going to dinner. You don't want to look too casual but also not too dressy as it's only a first date. The second shirt could be matched with light gray pants or even white. Those were more expensive items but you can find the same or similar items in Marshall's and TJMaxx for 1/5 of the price.
