Where can I find these clothes for a teenager???

So I need some business attire for a conference I'm going to and the dress codes are very specific where can I find clothes like these for a teenager? They would have to be a 00 or 0 and not beyond expensive! Any ideas would be great! Business attire is like what a lawyer would wear to the office.....f.y.i. THANKS!!!

1. Try stores such as Papaya, Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, and H&M. They have tailored jackets with professional looking pants. They should also have them around your size range. If not, try department stores such as Macy's, Kohls, Target, and etc. They should definitely carry the "lawyer" suits, but I'm not positively sure if their sizes run that low.
2. go to h&m they have clothes like that for men , women and teens. also they aren't bad with prices!
