Where can small teenagers get clothes to suit their age?

well i know topshop has a petite section, but i would like to get clothes that are not £30.00 just for a skirt, its not like i'm made of money! i'm nearly 14

1. Primark is good bet, you could also try H & M.
2. glassons or warehouse or farmers have good cheap clothes, and have good styles
3. H & M and forever 21, but if you look around malls you will find very cheap shirts too...also rave,target,jcpenney,macys,walmart,kmart ect...
4. all depends on her age i mean I'm a teenager @ 19 but have my own money, car and house. But here are some that my 2 sister visit and purchase alot from (one is 13 & one is 15/16) Tammy Girl is good, i dont actually think its a sho any more its in side BHS...i take it u live in the UK? Also ASDA is v.v.gd as it has Mary Kate and Ashley brand which teenagers think is good. NEXT an be good and has a wide range and many stores. Littlewood either on line, by book or in the shop. also try the link below my younger sister seems to be on that alot and she often buy some stuff with her own pocket money.
5. best is not to be brand conscious and pick up just nething from newhere...what matter is how yu where it....and also u may notice that whenever u plan a specific day for shopping ull never find anything good whereas if u just go on a normal basis u may find somethibg really nice coming ur way unexpectedly!

7. h&M do good cheap clothes along with new look and primark. primark is good for pants not necessairily skirts. Believe it or not M&S do really good v neck sweaters for only £16 each and they last forever!!!
8. i have the same problem but im really tiny so im assuming your not as small as me haha. Um delias has some nice bathing suits and they are pretty cheap. Target has some really cute ones for less.

10. 5-7-9. They arent expensive and they are trendy. They carry size 00-9. I not sure if they have one near u though. Ive only seen them in NC, SC, and GA (the only places i've been).
