What are some stores that sell cute clothes for teenagers?

DO NOT say abercrombie, hollister, etc. I don't shop that crap. I'm talking about stores like Urban Outfitters. I would prefer if it weren't too expensive but not cheap stuff like wet seal and forever 21. Thanks so much xoxox I love h&m but they don't have any where I live. It sucks :[

10. Try the thrift store. They have neat duds at an affordable price. Also, they don't wash the clothes after they are donated and before they sell them, so they probably smell awesome!!!!
11. Macy's lady blue Kmart's are having some pretty clothes now a days. or just go 2 Ur local mall there should be some great stores.

13. Delias have nice and affordable clothes. Very cute there. Also pac sun, H&M, nordstrom for juniors.
14. Ross has cool stuff for real cheap. you can find stuff thats usually expensive from other stores at ross for like less than half.
15. I don't really know where else. Abercrombie, hollister, and americaneagle are basically major hits. all other clothes are cheaply made.

19. well.... i really like Aeropostale! and Charlotte Russe has REALLY REALLY cute jeans that last a long time (if you take good care of them!) and they have like 4 different brands of jeans that they sell there but.. i think the cutest jeans ever are the brand refuge!!!! they are way cute, and make you look really good! and...... forever 21 actually does have some sort of cute stuff occasionally! and Forever One shoes has WAY super cute shoes! :] hope that helped!!!! :]

21. Are you searching for trendy, or are you trying to establish your own "look?" Do you have a Plateo's Closet near you? You would be able to try on some "pre-owned" clothes and see what's really YOU! Then when you get tired of them, just trade them in for new ones. It's like you're just leasing your clothes for a while. One more thing.....do you have a group of friends that want to swap clothes? That's one thing my friends and I would do. We'd bring our good clothes and trade for something different. We didn't have to spend any money and we all wound up with "new" clothes. Start a new trend and throw a big Swap Party!
