I am a teenager and i want to lose weight in belly+want to be able to wear smaller clothes. i need Diet ideas?

any diet ideas for teenagers nothing unhealthy that will rot my teeth out. Just something to lose weight in belly,butt and legs. Oh if you have any exercise ideas too that would be highly appreciated too..

  3. just eat chicken, a potatoe, and a veggie @ dinner and eat a bagel for breakfeast and a sandwhich, 100 calorie pack of w/e, and a fruit. thats what my older and younger brothers do. same w/ my dad and my dad has lost probably about 70 lbs. also do some crunches. i know they are hard and sometimes painful and not fun but they help you lose a lot in your tummy. try some yoga or paloties too. hope this helps!! good luck!

  5. ballet and salsa danceing dont just diet the root word is die start with a fast one maybe 2 days of jucie and water to reset your body system and then eat clean protien meats like chicken and fish high amino acids avoid anything that says diet like the pluge it has stuff in it that rasies your insulin leavels and that will make you want more suger = more fat and veggies veggies veggies you cant eat to much of them and they are fiber and water the two best things for your body
