I need help on what fashion accessories i can wear with my outfit.?

Well you see im going out with my total twin tommorow and we are going with this girl who is about 20 I think. She is really posh and immature lol but im wearing this outfit and i want to know what accessories to wear. Im wearing blue skinny jeans, black uggs, black cardiee and i dont know what top to wear or accessories please help.
