Where can I buy ladies clothing in small sizes?

I am 15, but i still don't fit into ladies pants. I especially need some black pants for work. Any ideas on where i can buy small clothing (but not children's wear) in Australian stores?

2. I am 13 my legs are too long for children's sizes, so I get pants at Jay-Jays. I hope you find some that are just right!
3. Most teenage shops have smaller sizes, their twelves are often standard tens or less.
4. Is there an Anchor blue, Pacsun, Tilly's store over there? Dickies are around 30 $$$ each.
