13. Old Navy is always good, GAP, Abercrombie. Depends on your budget. Gift cards are always best so they can pick out what they want....makes them appreciate it more if they actually picked it out :)
14. RUE 21...IS HOTT... i just started goin there and like the clothes are awesome at ever awesomer prices...and the dresses are soo nice...i got 2 they were only like 7 or 10 dollars each....LOVE IT!!
15. Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Neiman Marcus, and Juicy Couture. Get Juicy Couture clothes. They're awesome.

17. hmm im 13, almost 14 and i LOVEE wet seal, they have the cutest stuff. i got two really cute shirts there for like $10! its a great store! and if you're like really high maintenence[like me] you could go to abercrombie & hollister. but i only have a few things from there because im not old enough to have a job and my mom says its overpriced. but whatever =D so yeah, wet seal, abercrombie, hollister, oh and american eagle && aeropostale are also good! and definately check out forever 21!! okay im going to stop because ill end up writing a paper. good luck!
