What kind of clothes would look best on me i have brown/blonde hair am 5"3 and am a teenager??

i need like a certian style that would suit me my eye color is green, my skin tone is tan and i like greens blues and black!!

4. im only 5ft 1in and i'll be 24yrs old next month i buy clothes that make me look taller... like vertical pinstripe pants, dark jeans, the light colors make you look shortier.....
