mens size in womens shoes?

Heloo there iam be a women for halloween and i need to know what shoe size i shoudl get iam a 91/2 in mens shoes what size whould i be in womens iam trying to buy some four inch heel weeges on ebay

3. well women's shoes are two sizes bigger than men's shoes... so 11 1/2 - 12. which ever feels more comfortable. =]
