Where can I find man size womens shoes in normal styles ?

Let us say I have a friend (Yeah... Right, as if ?!) who is looking for a pair good quaity womens shoes in a size (uk mens) 11, Not ultra high heel tranny glam shoes, just normal flats, or maybe chunky heels no more than 3 inches or so. Where (apart from eBay) might one look ?
